Elite Guard Concierge Services

All Elite Guard Concierge Officers are thoroughly trained in security procedures / practices outlined in State of Florida Chapter 493, in addition to the following:

Process your visitors and announce their presence to residents / owner / officers

Maintaining and organizing packages from a variety of delivery agencies (UPS, Fed-Ex, U.S. Mail, etc)

Contacting property management, maintenance, and security personnel (if their assistance is needed)

Respond to
medical emergencies

Monitor CCTV (Camera)
Systems

Summoning assistance in the event of maintenance emergencies
