Established in 1983, Elite Guard (State License No. B0001444) is a locally-owned and family-operated Florida Corporation licensed, regulated and insured in the State of Florida. We provide the highest level of security services throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County to residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Since our inception we have consistently invested our resources within our company to become a dynamic service-driven security agency unlike any other. The Elite Guard Model

Our vision and main objective is to provide our clients with powerful new approaches to security and provide a variety of security-related services. We offer our clients the most advanced security technology and techniques especially developed for the deterrent of crime and for their unique individual needs. We differentiate ourselves by our dedication to meticulous personnel selection, training and testing, supervision and management; which result in the high quality of standards for which Elite Guard has become known. Countless long-term relationships serve as a testament to the superior Elite Guard model.

Elite Guard is an active member of the American Federation of Police, Fraternal of Police, Police Benevolent Association (PBA), and the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).

All principal owners are State of Florida Licensed Security Managers, Licensed Security Instructors and have their Bachelors in Science Degrees in Criminal Justice from accredited State Universities with certifications from various local law enforcement agencies.

All stable and seasoned management personnel are licensed by the State of Florida and have over a century of combined security and law enforcement experience.

The Account Profile process begins with an assessment of the specific security personnel requirements and skills necessary for success at your property.

CLIENT-APPROVED POST ORDERS

CLIENT-APPROVED POST ORDER PROFILE

Our office will work with property management for the creation and implementation of Security Post Orders designed specifically for the client property and based on client approval. We will review current security manuals and other security-related documents (if available) in order to determine the extent to which present security measures meet our high security standards and client objectives.

SECURITY SURVEY

SECURITY SURVEY

Within the first 30 days of service our office will conduct a complete security assessment of your property and submit a detailed evaluation report for your review. This report will include proactive concepts of CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) which will include:

  • A complete crime grid search report from your local law enforcement agency specifically focused on your property location and surrounding areas.
  • Complete inspection of all pre-existing CCTV and Access Control Systems and provide recommendations for additional surveillance.
  • Recommendations to improve the level of security.

SECURITY PERSONNEL ASSIGMENT AND SCHEDULING

Candidates who have successfully completed the selection process outlined in your Account Profile will be assigned based on matching criteria. Our office will maintain a permanent security staff and prevent high turnover of assigned security personnel. Elite Guard personnel will be assigned to 8-hours shifts and will not be permitted to work more than a 12-hour shift in any 24-hour period.

Our office recognizes that state-of-the-art training is crucial in ensuring that all security personnel are optimally deployed, responsible, and accountable. As a State of FL Licensed Security Officer Training Center, our office tests all applicants prior to employment, profile each candidate during their interview process, and match their needs of assignment to those of our clients.

Our office consistently implements the latest security technology available to enhance the role of our security personnel in the form of access control systems, guard touring systems, IP Camera systems, and communications systems

PROVIDE CONTINUOUS SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT

All levels of Elite Guard Supervisors and management staff are available 24-hours per day to support and assist all Elite Guard personnel on duty at all times. Prior to the commencement of services our office will assign a Site Supervisor exclusively for your property. Field Supervisors and Quality Control Managers will patrol your property on a daily basis during all service hours provided.
