Dispatch Command Center
Elite Guard recognizes the widespread myth in our industry that all security service providers maintain a 24-hour dispatch command center. What many of our competitors do after hours is employ an “answering service” in order to give a false impression that they are truly committed in providing a high quality of service.
Unlike many security agencies that have made these false claims, our corporate office is open 24-hours per day / 7-days per week. We are fully operational at all times including weekends, holidays and during natural disasters.
Multiple Field Supervisors and Command Center Supervisors are on duty 24-hours per day in our corporate office and patrolling in field operations. Licensed Security Managers are also assigned 7-days per week.
24-Hour Monitoring and Recording
Consistent with our vision of providing our clients with value added services, Elite Guard provides a complete remotely monitored IP surveillance camera system for front desk lobby or gate-house settings at no additional cost.
This camera system allows Elite Guard Command Center Supervisors to remotely monitor all front desk and front gate activity, including real-time monitoring of our employees assigned to your property.

Supervision and Quality Assurance
Elite Guard provides our clients with an in-depth program of supervision and compliance in the form of Field Supervisors and Dispatch Command Supervisors. These positions are supported by individual Site Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Human Resources Administrators
Each level of supervisor has specific training within the scope of their duties conducted in our State of Florida Licensed Training Center.
The supervision program implemented by Elite Guard is 24-hours per day / 7-days per week to ensure the quality level of service. Elite Guard Field Supervisors will arrive on the property randomly and unannounced in order to conduct service inspections which include the security officers license regulation, appearance, neatness, and alertness to their assigned duties. Knowledge of client Security Post Orders will be verified and any special instructions required will be given.
Field Supervision is conducted in both marked and unmarked security late-model patrol vehicles equipped with security lights for added visibility.
Field Supervisors will patrol the exterior and interior of client properties periodically while on duty. Elite Guard will maintain a GPS
Site Supervisors are the first line of defense in supervision. Our office will assign a Site Supervisor to properties with more than two security officer personnel. The Site Supervisor will be approved by members of property management and assigned a schedule which compliments and enhances the security program. Site Supervisors will serve as a point of contact with the client; train and approve their security staff and work with our office to provide unparalleled customer service. Periodically the Site Supervisor will coordinate with the Elite Guard office and members of property management to schedule security staff meetings / workshops with all Elite Guard personnel assigned. These staff meetings are often attended by Elite Guard managers and principal owners.
The role of Portfolio Manager is critical in the overall success of any security program. They meet with members of property management periodically (often several times each month during property inspections and when the overall service performance is being evaluated). They ensure all phases of supervision and service are conducted effectively and to the client’s documented standards.
Our Human Resource Administrator will monitor and ensure all State of FL security officer licensing requirements are followed and in compliance by all Elite Guard personnel as outlined by Chapter 493. Responsibilities will include verification of license expiration and license renewal process procedures including additional classroom training if required. The Human Resource Administrator will also submit all State of FL Chapter 493 Employee Action Reports for all Elite Guard personnel to the Division of Licensing as required. They will also maintain all proper records and employment related documents of all Elite Guard security personnel.
